The Workers Councils supports the Tasloja Workers:

Rahman Gharib, Sulaymania: The Federation of Workers Councils and Unions in Iraq FWCUI who have attended today’s broad meeting of the workers and technicians of the cement factory in Tasloja expressed their support for their new team of syndicate.

Akram Chawshin member of the workers councils told the Hawlati that “FWCUI has been following up with the strike and today they took part in the meeting and some of their suggestions were taken into consideration.”

Akram who is a cadre of Worker Communist Party of Iraq said: We have participated as workers councils not as a party; we have suggested to the workers to take part in some of the work shops of FWCUI.
